The following set of human virtues and values represents the rules by which all members of the UltimateChallenge team agree to conduct themselves in all their business relationships:
1. Success …
By virtue of their birth, all people have inherent worth and a life purpose. “Success”is gauged against the achievement of that purpose. At UltimateChallenge, we focus all of our thoughts, energy and attention on assisting clients to achieve their life and business purpose and thus enhance their success. To the extent that money is the facilitator of business and personal success, we shall place great importance on improving the financial position of our clients. We are always focused on the successful outcome of what we and our clients are doing.
2. Meaning …
At all times our thoughts, energy and attention are highly ethical in nature and aligned to our personal purpose, the business purpose of UltimateChallenge and the physical and spiritual wellbeing of our fellow man. We understand and recognise that “purpose” has nothing to do with the self and all to do with those that we serve. We seek meaning in all that we do and fully respect others people's search accordingly, irrespective of their personal beliefs. We have a positive belief in a Supreme Being and in our purpose, ability and other people. Our beliefs always translate into reality.
3. Gratitude …
We at UltimateChallenge are truly grateful for who we are, what we do and what we achieve through our actions. We are grateful for our life purpose and the opportunity to live a meaningful life and we expect positive outcomes from every activity that we undertake. We are honest about the present and eternally optimistic about the future. We are grateful for every other person who uncovers and then lives according to their unique life purpose. We are grateful for the contribution that we and others make to the world and grateful for the opportunity to do so.
4. Ownership …
We at UltimateChallenge are responsible for our own actions and the resulting outcomes. We take ownership of all that takes place in our work and life. We are fully accountable for the results of our activity and we know that for things to change, first we must change.
5. Integrity …
We conduct ourselves with integrity at all times. We seek to make ethical choices that support the greater good and disadvantage no one. We speak the truth so that others can understand and embrace it and we deliver what we promise. We only ever make agreements we intend to keep. We communicate potential broken agreements at the first opportunity and clear up all broken agreements immediately.
6. Courage …
We at UltimateChallenge are people of courage, the courage needed to fulfill our purpose and push through any fears or doubts that might distract us from our mission.
7. Confidence …
We are confident people committed to growth of UltimateChallenge and ourselves. We commit to sharing our inner strength and convictions with others and to fostering confidence and growth in our clients and others.
8. Commitment …
At all times, we commit ourselves to “success with meaning”. We are committed to the Purpose, Vision, Mission, Culture and success of UltimateChallenge, its team and its clients. Where ethically appropriate, we recommend our own products and services before looking at external options. We commit ourselves fully to any project or action we undertake and, within the constraints of our Culture, we do what it takes to achieve our goals on or before agreed deadlines. We do what is possible and trust God to do the impossible.
9. Life Long Learning …
We are life long learners who recognise that learning and personal growth do not cease at the end of formal education. We are open-minded and learn from diverse information sources, but we are very discerning and implement into our lives only what is good and enriching. We inspire our team, clients and others to choose a life of learning by providing a positive example of life long
learning and personal growth within our lives.
10. Fun …
Because life is a journey to be enjoyed and appreciated, we laugh every day and bring happiness and enjoyment to our work, our relationships and our lives. We seek to create an atmosphere of fun and happiness so that all those around us enjoy it too.
11. Balance …
We adopt a balanced approach to all elements of our lives - spiritual, social, physical, family, financial and intellectual. We complete our work and most important tasks promptly and effectively in order to have quality time for ourselves, our families and friends.
12. Consistency …
We are consistent in our actions so that clients and teammates are comfortable dealing with us and can rely on us. We are disciplined in our work so that consistent outcomes, growth and success may result. We recognise the importance of education in delivering consistent business outcomes and we seek to transfer practical and usable knowledge to our clients, rather than just theoretical propositions.
13. Systems …
“Systems run businesses and people manage systems.” We always look for system solutions before seeking a people solution. We actively seek to improve our own systems and those of our clients as needed.
14. Innovation …
Because “good enough” simply isn't good enough at UltimateChallenge, we ensure we add long-term value to those we come into contact with, by delivering innovative products and services of the highest quality. Being on a path of continuous improvement, we always look to do things better and we seek excellence in all that we do. We bring creativity and innovation to all aspects of our lives and are always creative in our approach to our products, resources, challenges, self management and relationships.
15. Team Work …
We are each team players and team leaders. We do what it takes ethically to stay together and achieve team goals. We focus on co-operation and always come to a resolution, not a compromise. We are flexible in our work and are able to change if required. We ask for help when we need it and are compassionate to others who seek help from us.
16. Communication …
We speak positively of fellow team members, clients and UltimateChallenge, both in public and in private. We speak with good purpose and use empowering, positive conversation. We take responsibility for the effectiveness of and responses to our communication. We greet and farewell people using their name and understand the power of the smile. We apologise for upsets first and only then look for a solution. We only ever discuss concerns privately with the persons involved.
17. Service and Contribution …
It is a basic service ethic of UltimateChallenge that we contribute to and serve others in all aspects of our lives. In order to deliver on our purpose, we do our very best to achieve success and meaning in all that we do.

As part of the UltimateChallenge team and individually, we are members of the community in which we live. As such we strive through our ethical practices with clients and direct personal contributions, to improve the community so that it might be a better place to live both now and in the future.
